CEO & Founder
Ruminder is the CEO and founder of Radius Global. Founded in 2018, Radius Global is a Canadian based corporation headquartered in Vancouver, Canada with subsidiary offices in India. Ruminder is responsible for all aspects of the company strategy, team and operations across Radius’s global network. He has a proven record of success in helping education institutions address strategic operational challenges and specializes in helping institutions transform their student recruitment & admissions strategy, operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
With over 15 years of deep domain experience in the higher education sector, Ruminder’s past roles include management positions at Canadian & US post-secondary institutions. Ruminder is a 2x founder and holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
A LinkedIn Learning instructor and a forward-thinking technology leader with over 17 years of industry experience, dedicated to driving innovation and fostering secure and scalable DevOps cultures, and building world-class engineering teams.
Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams across diverse industries, 50 different global locations, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Gurinder’s expertise lies in aligning technology strategies with business objectives, optimizing performance, and reducing time-to-market.
At his heart, Gurinder is a technology enthusiast. He loves building bleeding edge technologies and exploring synergies in the sustainability space.
Gary Zhang
Engineering Lead
Gary is a veteran in the software industry and an acknowledged industry high-performance technical leader and manager. Gary has been in the technology industry for 20+ years and worked in technical leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies such as Nestle and Motorola. Gary has also been a founding member of several successful software start-ups of which 2 have been acquired. He has been an integral part of the development for the Radius Insights platform.
